The airport is located almost in the center of the island, 18 kilometers from Myrina, and has been operating since 2001 in the new 6500 square meters facility with direct flights mainly to Athens and Thessaloniki, while connecting, via interstation, with all of Greece and abroad.
It has 1 passenger terminal equipped with a refresher facility, a duty-free shop, car rental offices and general tourism offices.
Access to and from the airport is by taxi or private car, which you can park comfortably since there are 300 car parks in the surrounding area.
