‘Salamousas Agrifood’ is responsible for the production and standardization of pulses, flours and cereals, all from local, traditional Limnos varieties cultivated with care, on its fertile land, on its own land and in cooperation with local producers.
The cultivation of products is in line with European directives on the proper use of pesticides and fertilizers and are certified for their Agroidentity by the National Center for Research, Technology and Development.

Only select which base to use. Your options are: Yellow flour ‘Limnos’ for your yeasts, Afkos or Limnos split peas, chickpea, white beans, broad beans and peeled wheat ‘Limnos’.
