History and Maritime Tradition Information Center
The History and Maritime Tradition Information Center of Moudros is hosted in the building of the old school of Moudros, which was built approximately in the end of the 19th century and was used as public school and as a County Court.
The Information Center contributes to the promotion of the strategical importance of Moudros during the historic period of the Balkan wars and World War I.
The connection between the visitors and the history is achieved with the use of audiovisual projections, interactive applications, and the rich exhibition of objects from the era. Visitors are given access to documents of the era with an overview of the ANZAC forces.
So, from 2015 to this day, it is another point of reference for the island's history, but for the veterans of ANZAC and their descendants visiting Moudros.
