Ecclesiastical Museum of Limnos

The museum is hosted inside the building of the Holy Metropolis of Limnos, close to the Romeikos gyalos of Myrina.
In February 1989, after its establishment, it began gathering the sacred relics from parish temples, chains, and excursions from the villages of Limnos, and in June 1991 the museum was completed and established.
The ground floor of the building hosts and keeps books, ancient visualizations, sacred relics, documents, surplices, ecclesiastical containers of Byzantine and After Byzantine craftmanship gathered from all the temples and small churches around Limnos and Agios Efstratios.
